Rock and baroque have in common that they are built on the bass, which sets the rhythm and harmony, says Sepec, who came into contact with Hendrix's music as a teenager and found the "wild and direct" exciting. Three of Hendrix's best-known compositions will be played to specially prepared orchestral arrangements by Matthias Bartolomey & Klemens Bittmann.
